A friendly and very knowledgeable home inspector, Jeff owned a construction company through 2000, restoring and renovating historical homes and building new homes. He founded Fletcher Inspections, Inc in 2001 on the recommendation of a real estate investor and has done over 8,000 home inspections. He treats all of his clients like family and welcomes questions during and after the home inspection. Jeff is a National Instructor for AHIT (The American Home Inspectors Training Institute). He is a member of The National Association of Home Inspectors (Internachi) and ASHI. Jeff has recently been elected to serve on the Board of Directors for the Ann Arbor Area Board of Realtors. He also serves on the Board of Trustees for the church he attends in Saline.
