A friendly and very knowledgeable home inspector, Jeff owned a construction company through 2000, restoring and renovating historical homes and building new homes. He founded Fletcher Inspections, LLC in 2001 on the recommendation of a real estate investor and has done over 3,000 home inspections. He treats all of his clients like family and welcomes questions during and after the home inspection. Jeff is a National Instructor for AHIT (The American Home Inspectors Training Institute). He is a member of The National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI) and holds a Certified Real Estate Inspector rank with NAHI. Dan Borzymowski

Dan graduated high school in 1989 and after attending a vocational school to learn the building trades he went to work as a rough framing carpenter framing houses in Grosse Isle for 2 years.  He then went to work for a company that did new construction and remodeling in the metro Detroit area where he expanded his knowledge to include roofing, siding, hardwood and ceramic floors, trim carpentry and deck construction.  Dan then went to college at Ferris State University where he earned a Bachelors of Science Degree in Construction Management, was a member of Sigma Lambda Chi (which is the National Construction Honors Society), graduated with honors and acted as Construction Manager for the construction of his mother's house.  In the years after graduation he worked for 3 different builders in the Metro Detroit area as a Customer Service Manager, Construction Manager, Assistant and Project Manager.  During this time he worked on over 1000 houses under various stages of construction.  He decided to leave the field of construction in January of 2008 and joined the team at Fletcher Inspections - and says he’s never been happier.  “I find that providing people with a thorough home inspection gives them the necessary information to make the best possible decision in a very exciting and sometimes frustrating and unsure time in their life.  I love doing home inspections and look forward to helping people for years to come” say Dan.
